About this role
Quantum Labs Recruitment is supporting a digital transformation programme in Utrecht that requires an Infrastructure Project Manager for an initial 12-month contract. The project spans core infrastructure, cloud migration, workplace technology, and delivery governance across several technical workstreams.
This role is suited to a project manager who can bring structure to complex infrastructure delivery, keep technical teams aligned, and communicate progress clearly to senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate infrastructure workstreams across cloud, network, workplace, and security teams.
- Manage delivery milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, budget inputs, and stakeholder reporting.
- Translate technical risks into practical decisions for programme sponsors and business owners.
- Drive supplier coordination, change governance, cutover planning, and post-implementation review.
What you will bring
- Proven infrastructure project management experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, networking, endpoint estates, security controls, and service transition.
- Confidence managing cross-functional teams, third-party suppliers, and senior stakeholder expectations.
- Strong planning discipline with the flexibility to adapt when technical delivery changes.
