Quantum Labs Recruitment is partnering with a Luxembourg-based organisation that needs an IT Support Team Lead to stabilise daily service delivery and raise the standard of support across the business. This position blends hands-on technical support with team leadership, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
You will lead a small support function covering workplace technology, endpoint management, user access, collaboration tools, and escalations. The role suits someone who enjoys coaching analysts while still staying close to technical problem solving.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day service desk activity, prioritisation, ticket quality, and escalation handling.
- Support users across Microsoft 365, Windows, identity access, networking basics, and endpoint tooling.
- Improve knowledge articles, onboarding processes, asset tracking, and recurring incident patterns.
- Report service performance to stakeholders and coordinate with infrastructure and security teams.
What you will bring
- Experience leading or mentoring IT support analysts in a business-facing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, identity, collaboration, and common infrastructure issues.
- Working knowledge of ITIL-style incident, request, and change processes.
- A calm communication style and the ability to build trust with users and technical teams.
