About this role
Quantum Labs Recruitment is supporting a product-led technology business in Antwerp as it strengthens the platform engineering team behind its cloud services. This is a hands-on DevOps role for an engineer who enjoys building reliable delivery pipelines, improving observability, and helping development teams ship with confidence.
You will work closely with software engineering, security, and infrastructure colleagues to modernise deployment patterns across containerised workloads. The environment is mature enough to offer structure, but still moving quickly enough for you to make visible improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications and internal platform services.
- Manage Kubernetes-based environments, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and release automation.
- Improve incident response, logging, alerting, and service reliability across production systems.
- Partner with development teams to embed secure, repeatable delivery practices.
What you will bring
- Strong experience with Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform.
- Good working knowledge of Terraform, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar tooling.
- A pragmatic approach to automation, documentation, and operational resilience.
- Clear communication skills in an engineering environment with multiple delivery teams.
