Supplier Code of Conduct

We expect suppliers and partners to work with integrity, respect people, protect information, and support responsible business across the Benelux technology sector.

Purpose

This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the standards Quantum Labs Recruitment expects from organisations and individuals that provide goods or services to us. These standards support transparent, ethical, and people-first recruitment operations.

Business integrity

Suppliers must act honestly and avoid conduct that could create improper advantage, conflicts of interest, bribery, corruption, fraud, or misleading representation. Any actual or potential conflict should be disclosed promptly.

Labour and human rights

Suppliers must respect internationally recognised human rights and maintain fair working practices. We expect suppliers to prohibit forced labour, child labour, discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and unsafe working conditions throughout their operations and supply chains.

Equality and respect

Quantum Labs Recruitment expects suppliers to promote respectful, inclusive workplaces. Employment decisions should be based on capability, conduct, performance, and business need rather than protected personal characteristics or irrelevant background factors.

Data protection and confidentiality

Suppliers who handle personal data, candidate information, client records, commercial information, or systems access must protect that information appropriately. Information must only be used for the authorised purpose and must not be disclosed without permission or lawful basis.

Security and technology use

  • Maintain suitable access controls, passwords, and safeguards for systems used to support Quantum Labs Recruitment.
  • Report suspected data, cyber, or confidentiality incidents promptly.
  • Use software, AI tools, and automation responsibly and in line with agreed instructions.
  • Return or delete Quantum Labs Recruitment information when no longer required.

Environmental responsibility

Suppliers should seek to reduce waste, use resources responsibly, and support practical carbon-reduction efforts where relevant to the services they provide.

Compliance with laws

Suppliers must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to their activities, including employment, tax, anti-bribery, competition, data protection, immigration, health and safety, and environmental requirements.

Reporting concerns

Suppliers should raise concerns about unethical conduct, data misuse, unsafe work, labour abuse, or breaches of this Code. Concerns can be shared with the Quantum Labs Recruitment contact responsible for the supplier relationship or through the contact form on this website.

Review and consequences

Quantum Labs Recruitment may review supplier compliance with this Code. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to remedial action, suspension of work, or termination of the supplier relationship.
